This will make a double slotted flap work with a Maule.  They are not FAA approved but I ran them on my experimental Maule for 10 years and they work. You can mount them to a wing that is already built. They clam shell over the hanger that is already there.
 
These are machined from 6061-T6 billet and are anodized gold, they have the bushings and screws already inserted.  All you need is a custom set of flaps built to work with your Maule
 
These are sold each, if you have 6 hangers (3 per flap) you will have to times the price by 6
